A Free Church is a spiritual or religious denomination that is intrinsically separated from any government (as opposed to a theocracy, or an "established" or state church). A Free Church does not define government policy, nor have governments define church policy or theology, nor seeks or receives government endorsement or funding for its general mission. It does not specifically seek exempt status (which is automatically granted by many States as well as the IRS) or incorporation of any kind. The term "church" refers to religions and religious institutions in general, and their relationship to government. Unfortunately, IRS literature on the subject only mentions "church" and it is not known if a Synagogue or Mosque, for example, would be so defined.

These have been designed for a true non-profit free church & ministry, but also for a large degree of flexibility, such as normally used with a Corporation Sole.

Although we have been called "non-Christian" for what is stated within this document, we contest that allegation, since there appears to be no stated or implied requirement by Christ to believe in church doctrine that had been generated for purposes that were not truly spiritual in nature.
